The biggest enemy of human race
In my last post, I talked about being able to improve our state of mind with awareness and action. Let’s delve a little deeper into the same topic. As humans, all the problems we need to solve every single day has a common component. They stress us out. If I were to show stress as an equation, it would be something like: Lot to do + Short time + No/Little Energy = Stress Well, at least this is stress in the context of a professional scenario. If we can handle stress, We can make informed decisions. We can build resilience and stay cool. We can stop reacting and start responding. We can save our physical and mental health. But we can't exactly increase the time we have. All of us have 24 hours in a day and 7 days in a week. Can we extend our deadlines or increase the time limit for the taks?
